WEDWisconsin, thanks to the Business Forum and other generous sponsors, was also able to scholarship 16 women.

What is your role? It is my honor and privilege to be Wisconsin's Ambassador and a Regional Ambassador for North America. By linking arms with women around the world, we change the world. Last year, I took the biggest risk of my career when I decided to put together this conference in 120 days. I had been at the Summit at the United Nations and felt strongly that Wisconsin women needed a day like this too. Because of the network of trust I've developed over the last three decades in business, I knew I had enough connections to get it off the ground. And we did. WEDWisconsin was the largest WED event in North America last year. We also received statewide press coverage. Because of an advisory board like no other, a focus on diversity and inclusion, sponsors and speakers who took time out of their day to come and share their stories and teach, it was a huge success.

How can we help? Buy a ticket. Sponsor a ticket for someone who is under-resourced. Sponsor a table for your colleagues and clients, or become a sponsor. My full-time role is running Creative Company so WEDWisconsin is my personal volunteer effort. Last year, I personally sponsored a large portion of the conference. This year, we need new sponsors to make the conference possible. Show Your Support of Women in Business.

Please join us at WEDWisconsin, a women's summit like no other on November 19th (tickets are $119 through October 1st) at Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin or at WEDGlobal at the United Nations in New York City on November 16th (tickets are $799). Be part of something bigger than yourself and see what's possible in your one and only amazing life.
